Supported inputs and outputs
Paste a public post ("tweet") link containing video or GIF media, from either x.com/.../status/... or the older twitter.com/.../status/... format — both resolve identically here.
Video output
MP4, at whatever resolutions the post's own media provides.
Audio output
MP3 at 128, 256, or 320 kbps, where the post has an audio track.
How it works
- Copy the post link from the Share icon or your browser's address bar.
- Paste it above and select Extract Formats.
- Choose MP4 or an MP3 bitrate.
- The file downloads directly to your device.
What this page can't do
- Posts from protected (private) accounts.
- Direct-message media of any kind.
- Spaces (live audio rooms) — this page is for post-attached video/GIF only.
- Deleted or suspended-account posts.
Troubleshooting
"Could not read this link"
Confirm the account is public and the post loads without a login prompt in a private browser window.
Post has multiple videos or images
NoAdsDL extracts the primary media attached to the post; a post with several clips may need to be opened directly to identify the exact one you want.
