1. About NoAdsDL

NoAdsDL (noadsdl.com) is a user-directed technical tool that processes URLs submitted by users. NoAdsDL does not host, publish, upload, store, sell, or redistribute copyrighted videos or audio works.

Users are solely responsible for the URLs they submit and for ensuring that their use of NoAdsDL complies with applicable law, copyright rules, and the terms of the source platform.

NoAdsDL is not a video hosting platform. The service does not maintain a public library of videos, does not claim ownership of third-party works, and does not provide access to content unless a user submits a URL for real-time processing.

2. No Circumvention or Unauthorized Access

NoAdsDL is not designed to provide, distribute, or facilitate unauthorized access to protected or access-controlled content.

What NoAdsDL does not provide

  • Key generators, serial keys, passwords, or access codes
  • DRM decryption tools or media decryption programs
  • Unauthorized access tools or workflows for paywalled, subscription-only, login-only, private, or restricted content
  • Tools intended to defeat encryption or technical protection measures

Prohibited use

  • Submitting URLs for content you do not own or have permission to use
  • Attempting to access private, paid, login-only, or restricted content
  • Using NoAdsDL to infringe copyright or violate platform terms
  • Automated abuse, scraping, spam, or repeated infringement attempts

Requests involving private content, login-only content, encrypted content, DRM-protected content, paid content, or content protected by technical access controls are not permitted.

3. Respect for Intellectual Property

NoAdsDL respects the rights of copyright owners and creators. Users may use NoAdsDL only for content they own, have explicit permission to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to process, such as public-domain content or content released under an appropriate open license.

Important: Users must not use NoAdsDL to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or exploit copyrighted content without authorization. Users are responsible for their own actions.

4. No Permanent Storage or Redistribution

NoAdsDL does not permanently store third-party video or audio files. Processing is performed in real time in response to user-submitted requests. Temporary files, when created for technical processing, are deleted automatically after completion or expiration.

NoAdsDL cannot remove videos from third-party platforms because NoAdsDL does not host those videos. Copyright owners should also contact the original hosting platform if they want content removed from that platform.

What a NoAdsDL notice can do: because NoAdsDL does not host source videos, a notice to NoAdsDL can only address NoAdsDL processing, caching, temporary files, submitted URLs, video IDs, URL patterns, or other technical identifiers handled by this service. To remove the original video from the internet, rights holders should contact the platform that hosts the original content.

5. Good-Faith Notice Specificity

To help us review copyright or access-control complaints quickly, notices should identify the specific NoAdsDL URL, submitted source URL, video ID, playlist ID, or other technical identifier involved. Broad reports that do not identify a specific URL or identifier may require additional clarification before we can take action.

When a valid complaint identifies a specific work or identifier, NoAdsDL may block that URL, video ID, playlist ID, or related pattern from being processed by the service.

6. Copyright Takedown Procedure

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that a specific URL, video identifier, or use of NoAdsDL is connected to infringement of your copyrighted work, you may submit a copyright notice.

Please include the following information:

If a notice is valid and sufficiently specific, NoAdsDL may block the reported video ID, URL pattern, domain, or other technical identifier from being processed by the service.

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material, a URL, or an identifier was blocked or restricted because of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

A counter-notification should include:

Counter-notifications are legal requests. If you are unsure about your rights or obligations, you should consult qualified legal counsel.

8. Repeat Infringers and Abuse Prevention

NoAdsDL may block specific video IDs, URL patterns, domains, users, IP addresses, or request patterns associated with valid copyright complaints, repeated infringement attempts, platform abuse, automated scraping, spam, or other prohibited use.

Notices must be accurate and submitted in good faith. Misrepresenting copyright ownership, submitting abusive notices, or knowingly making false claims may have legal consequences.

9. Platform Terms

NoAdsDL is independent and is not affiliated with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, Reddit, or any other third-party platform. Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms, policies, and copyright rules of any platform related to the URLs they submit.

10. Updates to This Policy

NoAdsDL may update this policy from time to time to improve clarity, reflect technical changes, respond to abuse patterns, or comply with applicable law.
